Yaritssa Plasencia, Esquire

Yaritssa Plasencia, Esquire is the founder of the Great American Law Firm. Her journey into the legal profession is a powerful reflection of perseverance, excellence, and a commitment to service.

She graduated with high honors from law school, earning awards such as the Leadership Achievement Award, Alumni Distinguished Student Award, and several Book Awards. She also received the Outstanding Law Student Award from the City, County and Local Government Florida Bar Section.

Before becoming an attorney, Yaritssa built a strong legal foundation working as a paralegal and volunteering with the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association, where she served vulnerable members of the community.

Her experience spans plaintiff and defense work in personal injury, complex litigation and immigration law. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she’s passionate about helping Hispanic and immigrant families navigate their legal rights with confidence.
